Rate My Senior Banker

Monkeys,

What if WSO created an app / tool called 'Rate My Senior Banker'? Essentially an anonymized platform for current / previous junior bankers to give positive or negative feedback on their experience with x MD, Director, VP.

Everyone knows the app 'Rate My Professor'. Their value prop is as follows: "With over 1.3 million professors, 7000 schools & 15 million ratings, Rate My Professors is the best professor ratings source based on student feedback."

The Goldman 13 and the WSO Survey really got me thinking...

The data itself would be interesting and entertaining, although unlikely to be meaningful - rating teachers has a much more objective framework, whereas there's a higher level of subjectivity when ranking MDs, or any manager in an organization for that matter (particularly when if you're asking a bunch of miserable, sleep-deprived monkeys). From a business perspective it makes zero sense because it's a tiny addressable market, and unlike teachers that go through thousands of students every year, there's almost no anonymity if you're going to show the name of the MD / D / VP and the year of the rating - huge liability here.
