I have a friend who lost her internship at Raymond James for the summer. Does anyone have any information if they will also be canceling full-time investment banking offers? Has anyone heard anything?

Have any other banks cancelled their SA programs?! Seems like a bad move rep wise.
Cantor Fitzgerald screwed everyone over about a month ago. A lot of banks in the UK canceled as well.Yeah definitely a bad look to cancel in June when companies that were canceling did so in march and april
Have a friend who’s doing SA there and spoke with him two days ago. He was still on. Was this initially the case for her and then just got cancelled?
Curious because each of the groups there seem to be doing their own thing and there hasn’t been much consensus across the company.

Yeah specifically about how to organize the summer program. There was a recent thread on RJ and it seemed many people had different start dates and format depending on the office.
hey Fuhnance - interesting it seems like it depends on group and office then. This was initially the case for her. She's a good friend of mine, really good candidate worked hard to get it and they just basically canceled her program and said sorry. I thought this was really unlikely but this did happen for her. Not sure if it is for all Raymond James IB in general or just specific to group and office.
