Can anyone comment on bonus figures at RJ for analysts and associates? Also, what is the equity threshold / percent / vesting schedule?

I have heard from a current 2nd year that analysts received 50k bonuses on average. The top bonus bucket was around 60k.
How did that compare to street ?
