I can't speak to "top" groups, but I've heard good things of their tech coverage.

I have spoken with some bankers at Raymond James and definitely the tech group is the best. It located in Boston and Atlanta. Hours wise, there is the longest since they get so many deals, I dont know about specifics didn't ask.
