From my understanding it's right there with other middle market banks like Stifel
Very strong practice and culture in SF. Met with a lot of the senior and junior folks in the office. Has great exit opps in lower Tech MM PE. MD's go to bat for you if deliver as an analyst. Send analysts to places on sandhill road regularly. Had an analyst goto Accel-KKR a couple years ago.
Do you have an offer from them? I have a friend who worked there a few years back and can ask.
