Raymond James vs Big 5 and National
Many people from my schools club told me RJ is far below that of big 5 and national. Wondering if everyone here agrees or no

RJ - decent place, but the firm is heavily focused on wealth management so a lot of deals that they get they just don’t do
Seems like historically Big 5 and National are more well-sought than RJ but recently seen some pretty crazy laterals including BBs and MF. Not sure if this was bc of the RJ name or just an outlier at the bank
