I received an offer from RBC for their NY IBD, and I was wondering how the firm is perceived and how the exit opportunities are. I'm very excited to have an offer on the table, but I think a boutique would be a better fit for my vocational goals. I am not sure if I should take the offer or continue the applications for other banks. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
