I’m not sure what kind of experience you’ll get at an emerging growth group, but I’d pick BofA if you could potentially lateral into another group. If that’s uncommon then RBC will give you decent experience if you can get in one of their top groups
If this was a regular BoA team, the answer would be pretty clear-cut but this is their regional / mid market team. As someone noted above, it only really makes sense if you can lateral into another group but pretty easy to lateral 'upwards' from RBC as well to a place like BoA or even better.
