Hi! So, I decided I wanted to do IB when the recruiting cycle had already started for the SA 2025 Jr summer lmao. How exactly does full-time recruitment work? It seems to me that (this year) banks took fewer ppl for jr summer 2025 than they usually do, but maybe I am wrong. So then maybe there are more full time spots? Also, for FT, do they rly only take laterals from other banks or could you do a consulting/finance role? Thank you!
