Recruiting FT from a LMM IB with a 3.6?
Curious on the difficultly of recruiting FT6 from a LMM IB with a 3.6. Have been networking for FT somewhat although reponses are hard to come by. Wrapping up internship soon and am hopeful for a return, but want to move to a better firm.
How difficult is it given my circumstances to move to a solid MM/boutique?
