Recruiting/Interview Advice?

Junior at a semi-target/target school. Last week, I had a few first round interviews at BB/MM firms - I had networked at all the firms and felt very confident about the interviews walking out (behavioral questions were mostly standard, and I nailed some pretty tough technicals at one), but unfortunately no second round invitations.

Is there anything else I should be doing? My GPA is on the lower end for IB (3.63), but if that was a deterrent, would they have invited me for the first round? Also, would it be inappropriate to reach out to the firms I interviewed with to get feedback so I can improve?

With a lower end GPA (not sure what your experience is, assuming it's average), you start off with a disadvantage. It doesn't matter if you do well, you have to do notably better than everyone else interviewing that has better credentials than you. The first round is your opportunity to prove you are better than you GPA/Resume suggests, and that you are more suited for the job than those with stronger GPA/Resume's. Be perfect on every single technical, and be perfect at describing why you're the best fit for the job. It's a simple game of elimination.
