Reference Check in Lateral Process
Does anyone know if investment banks ask for references if you're lateralling? I'm currently interviewing for a couple of lateral roles, but I don't want to give any references from my current bank as they aren't very supportive of recruiting. Might be able to get 1-2 associates though
