Reference Letters For Summer Analyst Apps
Should the letter be tailored to the company I'm sending it to (one letter for each company) or should it be a one size fits all that I can submit to any company? Also do I upload the reference letter on my application (there is a place for that) or is it like college apps where you never see your rec letter?
