Hi guys - was just wondering what the best boutique investment banks are to make a lateral play from to a big 5/global. Currently a second year analyst at a regional boutique in Toronto that closes a few deals a month ranging from $5m - $100m typically.

Bigger is better: Canaccord, Stifel GMP, Raymond James. Would also be helpful to lateral across groups.
