I know this question has come up before but I am looking for some more recent data/experience. I have a few regional boutique interviews lined up (10-30man shops) in a Tier 2 city. Was wondering what to expect for analyst base, sign and bonus. Anyone on here work for one the past few years? Also how did you like your experience?

If you don't have an offer and regional boutiques are your only option, this really doesn't matter. I started at a 10-man shop, and was paid $60k all-in. I think that slightly larger banks (thinking JMP or Janney) probably pay just below street.
