Resources for Infrastructure M&A

I have a couple of weeks before I start - was wondering if there are any resources I could use to learn specifically about infra M&A - be that deals, news, or how to better value them than generic methods (diff multiples or anything?).

Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure what the sub-mandate on the Infra fund you will be working (utilities, telecom, etc.) but for a lot of the industries, I've found the "Fisher Investments Series On" books extremely helpful to ramp up on the lingo, KPIs, etc. I just finished the utilities book and although it's a little dated, it is still very helpful. If you're able to find a book that aligns with what you'll be doing, what I've found is you can then start digging into the companies or assets they discuss and you'll find yourself down an information rabbit hole in no time.

Thank you! I’m not joining a fund - I’m joining the infra team of an investment bank
