Restructuring Deal type
Interested in what kind of deals does RX bankers do.
- which bank have LME practices and which doesn’t
- which bank have the best team / worst
- which bank has the most UCC deals
- which bank has the best exists based (rank)
- which bank has the most weirdos / bad culture
- which bank has potential in growth ?
0: Interested in what kind of deals Rx bankers do, and proceed to ask nothing about it. Respect
1: All of them. This is almost like asking which banks do sellsides and which ones dont. Its not a "practice"
2: PJT considered the best, the worst prob some 5 man shop in Ohio
3: Jefferies/Baird the MM usuals
4: PJT
5: Most RX groups have the same culture. Attracts the same personality type
6: Are you asking which Rx practice has the most potential for growth or which bank?
Reads like a high school student with all due respect. Good luck with college apps.
Idt MM banks have LME?
lol don't be a dickhead
5. Ducera
Apologies for mild zombie-threading.
When you say RX groups have a similar culture, what does that look like? I’ve read on wso/reddit that they’re considered more nerdy/technical, but is this a “nerdy compared to frat bros” or “nerdy like tech workers”?
Baird is active in UCC?
4. PJT, then Evercore, then HL/MOE/LAZ (although you'll get similar looks from all of these)
6. If you are trying to join early at a "growing practice" I would argue Ensis has a lot of potential
now our turn to ask questions
- from which group do u actually have an offer
