Restructuring Guides and Help

Hi, I'm looking to learn more about restructuring and was pointed to Stephen Moyer's distressed debt analysis. Does anyone know any good notes for the book/ guides that I could use as I recruit for junior summer restructuring? Even if they aren't notes, any material would be good for education purposes.

While not direct study material, a good thing about Restructuring is that there is a lot of information available in the public domain due to the court process. In addition to Moyer and any other resources you utilize, I would make sure to stay on top of some of the active Ch. 11 cases to the extent you can. I'm not saying you have to dive into the court dockets (tbh you likely won't understand a lot of what you're looking at just yet), but even staying current on the latest news runs is great. When interviewing I always look to see why candidates are interested in Restructuring specifically, and a great way of proving that is through showing you're up to speed on the current environment.
