Resume advice needed - Experienced bankers

Hi can anyone of you experienced bankers clear a doubt about my resume. I am in the first year of college, but I have a lot of transfer credit so after this semester i will actually have sophomore credits and will be a sophomore. this means that i will be graduating in May,2009 if i just do a major in Computer Science. Now do you think it is appropriate for me to write my expected graduation date as May,2009 (which it actually is) or am I still not eligible to apply for internships meant for rising juniors. My Career center said that i should put 2009 on my resume, but i am confused about what to do.
