Without fully knowing your situation, I would recommend using the US address when applying for positions in the US and the other if you are applying for positions in UK. Including 2 addresses might raise some eyebrows.
I currently live in the UK. I have been studying here for the past year and am on Visa, so i have my dorm as my temporary address. As a native us citizen, my US address is my permanent address. Would that really raise eyebrows? appreciate the feedback.
