Resuming undergrad at 24, Ohio State

Hey guys, I've spent some time on the forum and gleaned plenty of info but just looking for more seasoned opinions. I'm 24, didn't have much direction when starting undergrad and just got back in the game, grabbing a calc credit over the summer. I'm at Ohio State, could get my GPA to 3.7 by end of next year and improve beyond that(GPA from 2017 is mediocre) but am unsure of fisher futures because I am a bit behind the 8 ball and would be a late sophomore before being competitive for entry. Transferring to a target is not an option for me, I know if I network consistently and keep the grind up IB is within reach. Just curious if you all see a issue with graduating from undergrad at 27?

Futures alum here at large NYC firm - Futures has taken non traditional students before, primarily military from my experience. As long as you apply at the deadline (first semester soph year), network with a few current members, have a basic understanding of banking/accounting/valuations/your story/why banking, and the GPA (min 3.5) you'll be competitive regardless of your age. Even if futures doesn't work out, I've noticed more and more students landing IB gigs from outside of futures every year, primarily at Chicago MMs or Keybanc/BGL in Cleveland.

See thats the thing, do they consider you a sophomore based purely on credit hours recieved or could i be a "sophomore" with extra credits due to my previous tenure? I cant find a definite answer on that. Yes ive heard Ohio State is doing much better with banking than it used to in the past, which is good to know because living in state its great bang for the buck.
