Return offer headcount
Starting intern season soon (IB) team has 5 ppl including MD. Is return offer HC based on team or firm? Am worried that performance will not even matter if team is too small and does not have headcount.
Or is it that the firm evaluates all interns and force-ranks them, then does placements for teams again?
