Review / Bonus impacted by health issues

Quick question, I am a 3rd year Analyst working at a BB IB. Over the past two years I have consistently recieved a 5 out of 5 rating on my performance on both technical and personal aspects. Note that this is directly linked to bonus.

This year, however, I received a 4 out of 5 on both fronts. When I asked what I could have improved to get to a 5/5 I was told everybody still sees me as a 5/5 and everything was perfect, except they couldn’t give me a 5/5 as I have been struggeling with some health issues since September (read: health issues directly caused by working too long hours). Would you consider this fair? I did not stop working, but I was not allowed to work evenings / weekends to recover (on doctor’s advice)
