Rising Junior (Wharton) - Would appreciate insight on summer internship

Hi, I began recruiting for this summer late as I spent my spring semester focused on raising my GPA (3.7) and athletics. I finally set my mind to do IB after graduations, but am worried now that recruiting for Wharton has moved up and majority of my friends already have related sophomore summer internships. I have applied to so many positions with banks/PE/Hedge Funds and any operations and corporate finance positions that I can find. I currently have an offer from a healthcare firm as a work flow analyst but recently have applied to unpaid positions for couple of boutique and PE in my local area. Should I take the job or am I better off searching more for an unpaid internship that will get me an experience for 2019 recruiting? Please help this lost soul haha
