S79 Sponsorship

I have ran a small financial brokerage for 12 years. I broker deals for business financing, SBA, franchise, commercial/Investment RE etc. 8 years ago I started doing business plans, business models, financials etc for business clients and have discovered that I am probably missing out on some excellent income.

I have a great system in place for startups and growth companies, I have lost a few middle market companies with 10M annual revenue due to not having a 79 so I could be paid on the deal.

I have the Moody's Certificate in Commercial Credit, American Bankers Association Small Business & Commercial Lending, as well as RMA and Compliance.

Since I run my own business how would I get 62, 63 and ultimately 79. I think it would be a critical component as I have relationships with numerous PE, B/D, HF shops along with my own group of investors to JV or partner with on certain deals with the potential for equity or debt investments.

So for clarity how does a business owner obtain the 79 (without having to start my own Debt/Equity Firm and all the SEC/FINRA as well as state regulatory stuff)

and

Is there a financial education requirement as my BS degree is in Computer Information Systems where I worked for 19 years with Financial, Insurance firms, and Department of Defense.

Any help/guidance is and will be greatly appreciated.
