I got my offer letter and all it mentioned was a base salary (85k prorated) from a boutique bank, not an EB. Can anyone speak to other perks they got for an SA position at an industry focused boutique? Were they listed in the offer letter? Seeing BB analysts get Ubers paid for, food delivery credit, OT pay, a signing bonus, etc. curious to hear if I would get any of those things if they aren’t explicitly listed

If the letter says they’ll cover travel expenses to and from the city, would that be a signing bonus? Or are they just reimbursing flights
