Curious how people here are preparing for IB HireVues beyond guides and question banks.
I've reviewed 100's of HireVues, and one consistent issue wasn’t technical knowledge — it was delivery under time pressure (structure, concision, depth).
For anyone who’s already done a HireVue or is prepping now:
- How are you practicing?
- Are you recording yourself at all, or just running answers mentally?
