SAAS Products or Plugins Increasing Productivity

My firm (Boutique IB) is looking for ways to improve the productivity of our front office / execution bankers with SAAS or browser / office suite products. Since our tech team is inept, they are crowdsourcing ideas. What are your favorite software tools / extensions / add-ins for the office suite increasing your productivity? I used Macabacus at a prior firm but found it to be a bit clunky in some instances. There’s a lot of hype around AI increasing productivity but I haven’t seen that nor have any of my friends in the industry.
