Seems like this topic came up before but just wanted to see if this is a realistic jump. Have been working in cash sales for about a year and seems that the value add is really minimal and there isn’t really an exit opportunity here, basically just someone’s ‘yes man’ for life. How unrealistic is it to try and jump to a banking role and how early is too early to start this process?
