Overall it’s a culling of less productive, legacy seniors and making way for more juniors. Typically the bank would just put them in less important MO/BO roles but glad they’re taking the more American approach finally. Long overdue imo

Too soon - they still have guarantees on some of the senior CS guys
Their weakest teams absolutely should be shut down bc they don’t cover the G&A expense
LevFin / Energy / PF should be relatively safe
