School - deal with difficult ppl

Hey Monkeys,I'm a female in IB that always wanted to pursue my CPA as idk if I can maintain these hours after having kids.I was accepted into a grad program w/ an online first term/training starting this week but am suddenly told that my resume wasn't reviewed so I can't start till a term later. The problem is my BB reduced my contract responsibilities for a year and HR has no way of changing this.I contacted my school many times and they're insisting that they needed to see stuff before a particular day but no one replied to any of my emails etc. about my application so I had no idea until I got the surprise email when I was supposed to start.tl;dr they have my academic transcripts (4.0), academic CV and everything else, resume wasn't required for everyone and why are they making such a big deal after the fact? Program is academic has nothing to do with employment. How do you deal with someone that wants to throw away a whole term over a day? Are they being harsh? It's literally a day.I'm super stressed because HR said my FT return doesn't look good. I can't lose both my job and GS since it took me a year to get everything approved.Any tips on how to deal with impossibly stubborn ppl? Thanks everyone I feel so broken.
