Pay looks to be street. They give salary range on job postings.
Scotia’s healthcare team is not paying Street. Doubt they have enough dealflow

So you're basing that on an assumption? I am basing it off of the healthcare groups job posting which lays out the salary. Would be false advertising if that's not actual comp.
You might not be a fit for IB with this comment. Base pay is Street most places. Bonus is entirely different
BB, top MM and EBs pay street but it’s entirely dependent on bank and location. There’s plenty of banks out there that don’t. My previous comment was eluding to base, not bonus. That’s also entirely dependent on group and banks performance.
