SD Conversion Rates
Just wanted to hear your guys' overall thoughts on superday to offer rates this year. Is it just me or does it seem low at particular firms? Me and some of my friends have had SDs at some firms but not much luck, even when it felt like it went super well. Wondering how they pick especially when the questions they ask are all resume or behaviourals
Wondering this myself. Here's been my ratio: 8 first rounds, 4 SDs, 2 offers
Stats from SDs I attended that I know of include: 20% from a UMM PE and 42% from an MM. My personal stats were 3 from 5 but I was definitely more prepared than average candidate
I think it was much worse last year tbh. Adding to the above, this year I had 6 first rounds, 3 SDs, then 3 offers
Doesn't matter. Does knowing the percentage help you in any way?
Not on the day but I once had SDs which clashed so I decided based on which had higher offer rate in previous years
Curious too. 5 SD and 0 offers
i’ve had 3 SDs and 2 offers
