Secondary Equity Allocation offering
Is it up to the discretion of the bank who gets chosen to partake in a secondary offering? My understanding is the buy-in has to be less than the current public share price, but what if there are many investors who want a limited number of shares, is it up to the bank to distribute based off existing relationships / future business?
