What?!?! This is the BARE MINIMUM which will end up with you being labeled as a bottom bucket SA.

AT LEAST send your team and HR a flower bouquet, a Christmas gift basket, and a cheese board accompanied by a Dom Pérignon.

Remember to send these gifts individually to EACH employee and in your Holiday letter make sure to write at least 5 reasons why you are grateful for them.

What if it’s a follow up like “I’ve been up to this lately”? Then ending with “happy holidays!”?

They likely couldn't care less what you've been up to lately (I would only provide if they reply asking how the semester has been).  But if you did have a lot of correspondence with someone or if you think someone went to bat for you to get the offer, then an email couldn't hurt.

Don't do this unless you text with them regularly, like multiple times a month. I've been "instrumental" in getting multiple people offers. First of all, they deserved it and so did you, it's not like they handed you the offer. For the people I helped, I just want them to have fun until summer and then show up ready to work! I really don't care what they did junior fall (not to be rude, but in banking you help out a lot of potential summers)

The idea is nice, but it can come off as hardo and no one is waiting around for your email if you don't send it. Just do your best this summer and don't go overboard.
