SF / Tech Banking Summer Analyst Recruiting Timelines

For those interested in software related banking (SF (US) offices / banks), wondering if people who have been involved with recruiting or who've gone through the recruitment process for recent years' summer analyst programs can comment the timelines for the processes they took part of (in terms of when networking and first round started and when SD happened etc. for the different banks) - could be a good resource for those looking to recruit for 2025 summer positions as the earliest ones will kick off within the next month or two but some may not happen till feb/march.

Networking was anywhere from December to March. SDs we’re anywhere from March to early may. First rounds were scattered throughout late feb to early April

Is this generally or are you able to point to specific banks, just trying to get a picture of when we should reach out for specific firms. No worries if you're not able to get that specific

The typical banks you’d be thinking of plus the smaller more boutique/tech-focused banks. Either way you should be reaching out and networking now!
