Should I be worried? Starting internship in a week

HR told me my manager/team was supposed to reach out to me 2 weeks ago. They didn't, so I followed up with HR as a reminder because HR told me that I should do so if I don't hear back in a week. I reminded HR, and still a week has passed and I hear nothing back from my team.

I met with my ED who hired me in March for coffee chat. However, I've been networking with other firms recently, and I'm worried that rumors have spread in the street and the reason my ED is not contacting me is because he's thinking I'm looking for other opportunities.

Should I be worried?

Lmao. Word is not "spreading on the street" about an intern. No one even thinks about interns between the end of recruiting and the beginning of internships - definitely not ED's. Just shoot over another email to HR
