Should I lateral for better exit opps?

Currently a newly-joined analyst (with c.6mo experience from internship) at a T2 bank (Bofa/UBS/Barc/Citi) in LDN. I've been approached to potentially join a top group (M&A/TMT) as an analyst at a T1 bank (GS/JPM/MS) in LDN.

Is it worth it / a good idea from a career perspective? Is brand name is everything for exit opps, or does switching so soon leave a black mark next to your name? I'd feel like a dick for leaving my team for another bank.
