Situational Judgment tests (SJT)

Do you have any fixed scheme to approach SJT questions (e.g. always extreme on following rules, moderate when dealing with suggestions etc…).

I usually look at each question individually with no pre-fixes strategy and I feel like I’m doing something wrong. 

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.
