Smaller IB salary (Non BB)

I'm going to be a sophmore at UT Austin majoring in BA until I reach 54 credits, in which case I plan on enrolling in a 5 year program; Masters of accounting, and a BBA. On my school's website, I have seen that IB's recruit here, although I'm not sure how heavily. My question to all of you is this: are there any smaller IB's in Texas: Austin, Dallas, Houston, etc.. that has lower salary (maybe 60-70k) with fewer hours per week (60-70)?

Everytime I look up something about IB, all I get is their salary, hours or "Model and bottles". TBH, I'd be happy making 100k after 5-6 years experience. I don't need to make 100k+ right out of school.. So if anybody has any info on smaller IB's in TX, please share. And if there aren't any IB's with lower hours/salary, are there any other jobs that offer 100k after that 5-6 year mark?
