Just had first round for Chicago. Anyone know how long until super day.
Went through their process for 2023. It took me about 2 weeks to get SD invite. Turned it down for another firm but it was a meeting with the new Partner of the office (if this is for their new Industrials group).
when was ur first round? do they kick off in march or april. I had my meeting with hr back in early march

First round was a purely technical round with 2 analysts

Talked to someone on HR last week and they said they haven't started interviews yet for non-diversity. This was an HR person for New York but they said Chicago and NY have the same timeline.

does being a woman count as diversity? I don't see these separate diversity applications except for the normal ones
I think HR filters out the diversity apps through the same application form. They’ve given out offers so far to both diversity and non-diversity candidates by the way.
I'm female plus disability but not one bank has reached out to me about the diversity programs...am I doing something wrong here?
