Solution to DEI = legally mandated political officers in companies?

Despite President Trump’s landmark victory and electorate-given mandate to rule, it seems like a lot of companies are dragging their feet: they’re doing everything possible to keep DEI alive, they’re actively undermining tariffs and doing everything in their power to keep jobs from returning to the US.

Same thing with universities. Despite receiving billions in federal funding, universities like Harvard continue to support DEI, are rife with anti-semitism, and continue to indoctrinate students with far-left ideology. They are not acting in the American people’s interest.

I could give many more examples (e.g., media causing a culture war).

I’ve been giving this a lot of thought and I think the solution to this is that for all organizations with 100+ employees / students / members should be required to have political officers, appointed by the government, in order to maintain checks and balances on these organizations and ensure they serve in the national interest. Imagine if every board was required to have a “Chief Political Officer.” These political officers would be employed by the government (e.g. a “Department of State Security”)

For far too long, this country has been torn apart from the inside by organizations actively inciting subversion of state authority. I think political officers could be the solution to this.

Universities would no longer be far-left echo chambers. Companies could no longer discriminate through DEI. Names of those promoting these divisive ideologies could be sent to the government. H1B employees with subversive ideologies could be deported. Companies would no longer be able to get away with hiring illegal immigrants with the added political oversight. Companies could be swayed to bring back jobs to the US (instead of PR moves like “we are committed to building in the US and are building a factory that will open in 10 years”). If the US is going to own this century, we must take decisive action to ensure all aspects of society serve in the national interest.

It seems perhaps having political commissars / officers could lead to a more united country.
