Some WLB on buyside?

Incoming SA here. Going to work at a RX group and want to go into distressed debt (Oaktree, king street, sixth street, silver point, Angelo Gordon) after two years in banking. I realize im going to get cranked for those two years in banking, but want to understand what life is like later on. How does buyside quantity of hours (and amount of fire drills) compare to banking? Do people have some more time for dinner w significant other during week or have predictability in schedule? What’s life like outside of work…?
