Spring Internship Worth It?
Hey WSO,
Had a quick question regarding recruiting timelines and internships:
For background, I am currently a rising sophomore at a semi-target on the East Coast. I have an offer to work virtually at a search fund for the fall semester, and also have an opportunity to pursue a role at a true local boutique in my city for the months of Jan-April (Spring 2021) of next year, focused mainly on M&A advisory. I was wondering if it is a no brainer in terms of accepting this offer, or if a medium academic workload, possible work from ECs, and the stress of recruiting during that time would make it difficult to handle a part time internship.
Open to any advice, thanks!
I'm also a rising sophomore at an East Coast semi. I was given a boutique offer (although not M&A focused) for the fall 2020 semester, and I just took it.
