Spring Week recruitment? (London)

Hi, was wondering if anyone would be able to share insights into IBD Spring Weeks/female diversity programs

1. whats the recruitment process like (App, 1st round, AC?)

2. are there any technicals or is it just mainly motivation

3. what are the spring weeks actually like, what to expect?

4. how difficult is it breaking in into spring weeks (heard folk says its more competitive than SA even tho the interviews might not be harder)

5. do we get a return offer for the summer internship or just a fast track to interview?

6. how important is it to have spring weeks over extracurricular, Finance society positions, other finance internship experience for next year SA recruitment?
