S&T Chicago, thoughts on living with 3 Med School students my first year

As my senior year comes to an end I am frantically pushing my friends to either find jobs in Chicago or let me know if they know someone working there. Right now my only offer as we approach the summer is to live with 3, second year med school guys who I know from growing up. They found a really nice 4br in Lincoln Park and all in it looks like $1k/person.

While I like the apartment and the guys, my concerns are that they're going to be broke and studying all the time. Let me know your thoughts and if you have any advice for living as a FY Analyst. My alternative is living alone which is something I really do not want to do.

Thank you!

Can't speak much about Chicago, but I know a good collection of Med-School students in NYC. All of which party and go out frequently. (Besides the week or two before STEP exams)

If you like the people and the apartment, I would say go for it tbh. There's going to be busy times for everyone, so I wouldn't worry about that too much.
