Staffed on a deal midway through process - how to get up to speed
Analyst on my team lateraled out, got staffed on first deal but it’s midway through the process. Haven’t gotten cim or model yet but wondering what I should be focusing on to get up to speed. What should I be thinking through, and what stuff would be relevant in interviews that I should focus on?
Is this sell side? If so, go through the CIM / Teaser (whichever is ready) and company materials provided. Check buyers log, IRL, workstream trackers etc
