Standard Bonus/Salary

A friend of mine is interviewing for a position at one of the very top consulting firms. He expects to come in as a senior level analyst (he has three years consulting experience). What sort of salary/bonus should he expect/request. Are these sorts of things negotiable with the larger firms?

My information is that 150K would be in the range for an incoming associate not an analyst.

Senior analyst would make more like 80/90K.
