What do sophomore B5 banking internship processes look like today? Hear a lot about banks doing away with these programs (especially for guys) and would love to hear which banks still take and a ballpark number of spots. Also, how does networking look like for this? Are there group-specific placements? I see people doing BMO M&M sophomore and very curious about how that works.

its mostly diversity - correct me if wrong but they RARELY take non-diversity and they recruit a year in advance (ud have to apply spring of ur first year)

Yeah am aware, I don't qualify for Scotia/RBC/BMO but I do for TDS and CIBC (presuming their program still exists?). Am also aware with regards to their timelines, do you know how many National Toronto takes and typically from which schools?
