Stay or Look External?

Long story short- just about to be 2 years out of college in May. Went to a non-target liberal arts school with not a strong alumni base. Found my way from a headhunter on LinkedIn into a BB in the Risk side. Currently I am miserable in my role which is essentially a role responsible for managing reporting. I want to get into a "finance" role and have been networking like crazy to switch over to Front, preferably in IB, or Credit Risk. I feel like traction is being made but I cant put a timetable on when a move will happen.

Have an interview opportunity with Capital One scheduled soon in a role that would be much more to my liking (financial analyst for loans type role) however I enjoy being at the BB I am at now and dont want to make the jump over when I could be knocking on the door to a even greater role within.

So the question is stay, and continue looking internal (there is a strong support for internal mobility at my firm) or leave and venture out to something where I will actually be gaining valuable exposure and knowledge (but at the risk of leaving all my connections/potential opportunities at my current firm)?

Any help appreciated, thanks
